MESABI RANGE COLLEGE LIBRARY PRESENTS A TUTORIAL: "HOW TO USE THE MnPALS ONLINE CATALOG”

The following self-paced Tutorial will guide you on how to use the MnPALS Online catalog with easy-to-follow directions, pictures and examples! By the end of this brief session, you will be able to find resources in the Mesabi Range College Library collection as well as resources from the collections of other Libraries in the MnPALS system.

This Tutorial will also show you how to do other things such as:

  • Place a “Hold” on an item that is checked out to reserve that item in your name
  • Use the InterLibrary Loan service to request materials from other Libraries
  • Check your Library Account for Due Dates, Overdues, Fines, etc.
  • Renew items that you already have checked out
